At The Famous American Barber Shops, they pride themselves on their 1950s motif. Their fun environment and originality keep the customers coming back and bringing their sons and grandsons. Experience a “blast from the past” with old-fashioned personalized service. Visit the past, featuring the well-known red and white pole outside, old-fashioned gas pumps, 50s and 60s music, and hand-pumped porcelain chairs.
Combining precision cuts with the styles of today is the specialty of The Famous American Barber Shops. They also feature military cuts, buzzes, burrs, butches, flat-tops and near-head shaves. Other specialties include beard and mustache trimming as well as hot-cream shaving around the ears. There is nothing like it anywhere else. While you’re there, you can catch up on the news, watch sports or cartoons on their TVs, eat free popcorn, have a cup of coffee or a cold drink, and engage in good, old-fashioned conversation. Haircuts for men and boys are done to your satisfaction. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointments are necessary. They are open seven days a week. Inquire about senior citizen, fireman and police discounts.
Visit The Famous American Barber Shops, where time stands still, and make them your favorite break in a busy schedule.
